Victor Cordoba Crespo
Head of Technology and E-Commerce Director at Fundacion Hakuna. I work where technology, operations, design and people meet: web platforms, Salesforce, Shopify, data, automation, events and physical products.
Everything I do, from technology to product design, starts with the same question: how can this make someone’s life better, simpler, more human?
I believe we are all born to put our knowledge and skills at the service of others, to make the world a more human, joyful and meaningful place. That is the lens I bring to every project I take on.
I am a generalist by nature. I have been designing my entire life without knowing it was design: fixing things, rewiring networks, building solar lamps after an earthquake, writing Django apps, designing products and negotiating with suppliers in different countries.
Architecture and operation of web platforms, infrastructure, CRM, data, security and IT across an international nonprofit.
Custom WordPress, Shopify and Django systems, REST APIs, integrations, migrations, SEO, performance and Cloudflare operations.
Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud as central CRM, connected to WordPress, Shopify, payments, Marketing Cloud and reporting workflows.
Processes that used to take days and now take minutes: accounting, logistics, registrations, donations, reporting and operations.
Digital systems for international events of 2,000+ attendees: accommodation, transport, check-in, payments and real-time operations.
Objects and systems made around real people: lamps, cradles, cases, chairs, ramps, emergency PPE and off-grid solar lights.

Top technical role at the foundation, responsible for the full technology stack supporting international getaways, film, retreats, events, marriage and family programmes.
Leading Hakuna Shop across online operations and physical POS deployments at large events: strategy, Shopify architecture, suppliers, logistics, SEO and lifecycle automation.
Founder and director of a cooperation project in the Philippines, combining field work, fundraising, web, solar energy, water supply, school rehabilitation and cultural exchange.
Volunteer PPE manufacturing network during COVID-19: more than 100,000 masks, 15,000 face shields and 100+ distributed 3D printers.
Technical lead for a breastfeeding and childcare points platform: Flutter mobile app, Angular administration panels, Firebase database, map interfaces, forms and operational tooling.
Computer systems, server migrations, WordPress development, mobile devices, support and technical solutions in an art-gallery environment.
Telematics and technology studies at Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. The path shifted from formal engineering into building real systems, teams and products.
Companies, institutions and ecosystems I have worked with or built for.
My RCA application portfolio brought together eight projects made for specific people and contexts: Tondo Lamp, Joseph’s Cradle, Maria’s Case, Papa’s Lamp, Material Coronavirus, Solar Lamps, Rubble Lamps and Nan’s Ramp. The thread is simple: useful objects, built with available materials, for real human needs.
In September 2026 I start the Design Products (MA) programme at the Royal College of Art in London. It is the next step in connecting technology, craft, product thinking and service.
CRM, web, e-commerce, event systems, film tools, automation and data infrastructure for an international nonprofit.
Eight objects and systems made from real constraints, care and usefulness.
Industrial-design exploration for a modular seating system in a mission-driven event and formation space.
Emergency manufacturing network for masks, face shields and distributed volunteer production.
Cooperation, solar energy, water, education, web and people between Spain and the Philippines.
Flutter, Angular and Firebase platform for breastfeeding and childcare-friendly places.
