The accommodation app turns a messy event problem into a controlled workflow: who is coming, who has paid, who needs a room, who wants to stay with whom, which rooms are full, and what the check-in team needs to know instantly.
- Real-time synchronization with Google Sheets for operational teams that still need spreadsheet visibility.
- Payment and status synchronization so room allocation is tied to the real registration state.

Admin control
Giving the operations team dashboards for capacity, check-in, room occupancy, people, payments and exceptions.
Participant self-service
Letting people verify themselves, see assigned rooms or choose rooms when the workflow allows it.
Data synchronization
Keeping Google Sheets useful for the team while Django remains the structured source for decisions.
